Main objective:

AFOCG means collective training for better global management. Thirteen local associations belong to the network. By accompanying with adapted methodology, “AFOCG" aims at helping any farmer to fulfill its own project on his farm according to his or her value, to his or her goal in life and also according to the material conditions of the farm (crops, animals, trading, superficies…).
The main action of the "AFOCG" is to organize collective training on any subject that can help farmers to manage their project. Joining one of our local associations means to commit in following collective training.

Themes activities

Since 2002, the network has been developing toolkits and new concepts to help farmers in their decision making:
Work organization and time management on farms: how to help farmers being at ease while working and feeling society
Management of the evolutions that farmers have to face (new crops, markets evolutions, new European agricultural policies…)
Management of small farms: how to help them overcome their structural difficulties?
Communication between partners of the farms (family, partner, employee…)
