Presentation

The discussion platform Proclam was set up in 1993 as an answer to the growing gap between agriculture and environment (manure problem, decline of bio-diversity, soil erosion, etc). Agriculture organisations, nature and environment movements, and Provincial Flemish administrations are members of this discussion platform (26 members). The goal of this platform is to learn about the expectations of other parties; the discussion must lead to more understanding, pilot projects and policy recommendations.
