The non-profit Cultural Association Umbria Training Centre was founded in 1994 in Castel Ritaldi (Umbrien - Italy) by a team of experts in tourism, vocational training, local sustainable development and human resources management. Its goal is to carry out exchange projects with other countries. The content of the association’s work is to realize an exchange for young people in vocational trainings and projects for Permanent Professional Training, in order to increase the chances of the participants on the labour market.
The Association is working on regional, national and European levels and gives young people not just the possibility to improve their vocational training and occupational situation but additional to develop their personal and linguistic skills, experiences and culture. The Umbria Training Centre develops projects for companies, public bodies, schools and associations through custom made services thank to a team of national and international experts and consultants and to a network of national and international partner organisations.
